The time has come for one winner to be crowned.
When she was chosen to compete in the Selection, America never dreamed she would find herself anywhere close to the crown—or to Prince Maxon’s heart. But as the end of the competition approaches, and the threats outside the palace walls grow more vicious, America realizes just how much she stands to lose—and how hard she’ll have to fight for the future she wants.
Miss Riki’s Review:
What a wonderful ending to the series! I waited patiently through the first two books (which I really enjoyed!) to find out the conclusion to this compelling story, and book three absolutely does not disappoint.
What I loved the most about this conclusion is the way the author really delved into the political world of the story. It got much darker and became so much more than a competition for a husband. All of a sudden there were higher stakes and tense drama fueling the backstory. I loved it!
If you loved America in the first two books, you’re going to adore her in book three. She becomes much less wishy-washy and makes some tough decisions that fuel her future. I was rooting for her all the way.
I won’t spoil anything, but the love triangle is finally resolved in this book as well (duh) and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Where I was torn in books one and two as to who I thought America should choose- it became painfully clear in this book that she made the correct choice. (And the alternate man gets a HEA too!)
I love that this series drew me into a totally new world and I fell in love with the characters. The Selection series is a must read!
P.S. I adore these covers. They are stunning!
